PIP Appoints New National Accounts Manager

LATHAM, NY – April 22, 2016, Protective Industrial Products, Inc. (PIP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Samantha Robbins as a National Account Manager. With more than 25 years of experience in Safety, Ms. Robbins has proven herself as a leader in business development, as well as a role model in the industry.


Ms. Robbins started her career in hand protection and has consistently remained true to the essence of being a real "glover". She joined PIP in 2007 as Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest region. During her time with PIP Ms. Robbins has  grown new business exponentially, while developing solid relationships with the customer base and our invaluable agency representatives. 


"Our growth with key accounts, driven by Samantha's professionalism, is the ultimate winning combination," explains Kurt Wanner, Vice President of National Accounts. Robin Roberts, Sr. Vice President of Sales adds: "This move signals the importance of our key accounts program at PIP – particularly in light of the continuing consolidation within industrial distribution."  Over the last year, PIP has invested heavily in this program with a dedicated team of over 12 individuals in inside and outside sales roles.
